Governor’s Message on Eidul Azha
Meanwhile, Governor Muhammad Balighur Rehman said in his message on the occasion of Eidul Azha that Sunnah Ibrahimi (AS) teaches us the importance of sacrifice and how to attain the pleasure of Allah through it. Indeed, only with the help and will of Allah Almighty, we can succeed in this world and the hereafter. Sacrificing what is dear to one, and to include one’s family, neighbors, loved ones, needy and poor people in one’s happiness is the lesson of this day, adding he said that it should be a daily routine not only on Eid. Today, we have to pledge that we will put aside our personal and regional differences and show collective thinking to make our country safer and stronger. May Allah accept this good deed of every Muslim who sacrifices animals following Sunnah Ibrahimi (AS), and make us all like the one who shares happiness, shares love and obtains from hatred. (Ameen)
