White paper

Every political party that has been in power should come out with a white paper on its own performance during its tenure, outlining what it did in terms of budgetary allocations and what was achieved against the allocated amounts. The details should cover not just the funds at federal and provincial levels, but also at the level of local governments. This will encourage informed debate in society.
