LAHORE: The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) organized a provincial-level event that showcased the talents and achievements of students from primary, middle, and secondary levels across 124 PEF partner institutions. The event, held at the Gymnasium Sports Board, featured a diverse array of activities including recitations, naat sessions, speeches, sack races, long jumps, and 100m races.
A total of 135 students participated in these competitions, demonstrating their prowess in both academics and co-curricular activities. A prestigious ceremony was organized to honor the first, second, and third position students, where they were awarded with cash prizes, trophies, and honor shields. The first position students received cash prizes of Rs15,000, second position students received Rs10,000, and third position students received Rs5,000.
Shahid Farid, Managing Director Punjab Education Foundation, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the outstanding students who secured top positions. The event was graced by Shahid Zaman Khan, Secretary Sports Board Punjab, with his presence as a special guest. Distinguished personalities such as Dr Saeed Shafqat, Chairperson Board of Directors PEF, Dr Asif Tufail, Director General Sports Board Punjab, and Qurat-ul-Ain Memon, Chief Operating Officer TEVTA, along with senior officers of PEF, partners, and teachers, also actively participated in the event, adding to its grandeur.
