CM Gandapur stresses modern research in agriculture as per requirements

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has stressed the need of modern research in agriculture in line with contemporary requirements.

Presiding over a meeting in Peshawar on Sunday, he said that to increase per acre yield, better use of land for agriculture will be ensured.

Ali Amin Gandapur also reiterated cultivation of saffron on all suitable government lands from next season.

The chief minister said small dams will be constructed to cultivate vegetables in districts which have the issue of water scarcity.
