Meghan Markle has reportedly responded to the shocking allegations about her work ethic through an insider from Archewell, the organization she co-founded with Prince Harry.
For context, The Hollywood Reporter previously labeled the former Suits star as “Duchess difficult,” with one former employee accusing her of “marching around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders.”
However, several sources have now come forward to GB News, refuting the rumors surrounding the Duchess of Sussex’s alleged mistreatment of staff. One insider described the claims as “fabricated” and noted that they were made by “someone with no knowledge of our company.”
The insider added, “The duke and duchess work from Montecito, while we’re based in Hollywood. It seems like they think we’re all in the same office, but that’s not the case, so this accusation doesn’t hold up.”
The report also highlighted, “If she’s ‘marching around’ and ‘barking orders’, no Archewell employee could make that claim—it’s complete nonsense.”
Additionally, a controversy arose regarding Meghan sending emails to employees at 5 a.m. One of her staff members addressed this by explaining, “I’ve never once received an email from either of them at that hour. Even if I had, the duchess specifically notes in her email signature that everyone’s workday is different and that there’s no obligation to respond outside of normal business hours.”
