Prince Harry’s Legal Battle Resurfaces Amid Controversial Admission In Explosive Memoir ‘Spare’

Prince Harry is once again facing legal complications, despite settling a high-profile case earlier this year. The Duke of Sussex’s U.S. visa, which was scrutinized after his admission of past drug use in his memoir Spare, has sparked new legal action.

A conservative think tank, the Heritage Foundation, previously sued the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to release Harry’s visa records. While a judge ruled in favor of keeping the records private in September, citing Harry’s privacy concerns, the Foundation has now filed to challenge that ruling. They are requesting that the court release the private communications between the DHS and the judge overseeing the case.

The Heritage Foundation argues that this lack of transparency hinders their ability to mount a strong appeal, claiming there was “agency bad faith” in handling the case.

Despite these legal hurdles, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently made a major purchase—a luxurious vacation home in Portugal. This acquisition could grant Harry a “Golden Visa,” giving him easy access to Europe, excluding the UK.
