India’s Foreign Policy

The trajectory of India’s foreign policy seems unclear. It is an irony that India, which is the world’s biggest democracy, has taken a neutral and dispassionate stance with regards to the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine, knowing full well that it was Russia that launched a war on Ukraine. Thousands of lives have been lost in the course of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, with no end in sight. India, however, is reluctant to make known as to where it stands on the bloody conflict. One expects India to take a clear stand on this issue.
