Meghan Markle enjoyed a glamorous night out on Thursday, attending the launch of her friends Kadi Lee and Myka Harris’ Highbrow Hippie haircare line in Los Angeles. The Duchess of Sussex attended solo, without her husband, Prince Harry.
Markle, 43, turned heads in a strapless black ensemble paired with matching heels, her hair styled in soft curls. Accompanied by hairstylist Serge Normant and makeup artist Daniel Martin, she posed for photos and mingled with guests during the star-studded event.
An Instagram video from the evening captured Markle dancing with friends to a lively gospel choir performance. Known for her close friendship with Lee and Harris, Markle has often made headlines for outings with the duo, including a celebrated moment in August 2023 when Harris shared a smiling photo of Markle with poet Cleo Wade and Lee.
Adding to her support of the brand, Markle revealed her investment in Highbrow Hippie’s new product line earlier Thursday. Speaking with InStyle, she praised Lee’s expertise in hair health, saying, “Kadi has a mastery of hair health, and her Highbrow Hippie collection is a perfect reflection of that. I am so proud to invest in her as a friend and as a female founder.” The new products focus on treating hair loss and thinning.
October was a busy month for Markle, with solo appearances at events like the #HalfTheStory panel and the Children’s Hospital LA Gala. On Nov. 8, she and Prince Harry, 40, appeared together in a video address for the Global Ministerial Conference on Violence Against Children in Colombia.
