Cheryl Hines mingles with MAGA crowd at Mar-a-Lago despite past discomfort

Cheryl Hines, the liberal star of Curb Your Enthusiasm and wife of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., appeared at ease with the MAGA crowd during recent events at Mar-a-Lago. Spotted on election night and later at the America First Policy Institute gala on Thursday, Hines was seen engaging with high-profile figures, including Donald Trump.

A source shared that Hines was “talking to everyone, including Trump,” and noted she seemed to be “playing nice with MAGA world.” Hines and Kennedy joined a star-studded table at the gala, sitting with Trump’s pick for Director of National Intelligence, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, Donald Trump Jr., Kimberly Guilfoyle, Tucker Carlson, and financier Omeed Malik.

This shift marks a significant turnaround for Hines, who had previously expressed distaste for Trump. Kennedy admitted in a past interview with TMZ that Hines struggled with his political endorsements, calling her feelings of discomfort “dominant.” Despite her initial reluctance, Hines reportedly chose to support her husband out of love.

The actress also appears to have moved past Kennedy’s alleged digital affair with journalist Olivia Nuzzi, which Kennedy publicly denied in September. The couple continues to present a united front amid ongoing political and personal challenges.
