Lola Sheen, the 19-year-old daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, has revealed that she turned to faith and was baptized earlier this year after experiencing a deeply challenging period in her life. “When I was in my deepest depression, I realized I hit rock bottom. I felt lost and hopeless, just trying to make it to the next day,” she wrote on Instagram Wednesday.
Describing her spiritual transformation as “supernatural,” Lola shared how her faith in Jesus helped her overcome severe anxiety and find inner peace. “Jesus saved me… and gave me a peace that makes no sense. I now find myself laughing again, in places I only had cried,” she continued, crediting her Savior for completely renewing her outlook on life.
Lola posted a video of her baptism in January, showing the moment she was submerged in water as her congregation cheered. She captioned the clip with a verse from Psalms but did not disclose the location of the ceremony. Her newfound faith has also inspired her to launch a podcast, Heavenly Bonded, focused on sharing how her relationship with God has transformed her life.
“I’ve wanted to share how God has changed my life for so long, and I’m finally doing it,” she wrote in her YouTube channel description, expressing excitement for the podcast’s potential impact. Her Instagram bio now features a link to the channel, further emphasizing her commitment to a faith-centered path.
Lola is the youngest daughter of Sheen and Richards, who were married from 2002 to 2006. The former couple also shares 20-year-old Sami Sheen, who has gained attention in recent years for her career as an OnlyFans model.
Although Charlie Sheen initially disapproved of Sami’s work in adult entertainment, Richards revealed in a 2023 interview that he eventually supported her after seeing her financial success. “He changed his tune when she bought a Mercedes and moved into a house,” Richards shared, adding that Sami has since undergone cosmetic surgeries, including a breast augmentation and a nose job.
