RAWALPINDI: A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) contingent has returned home after successfully participating in Exercise Spears of Victory-2025, held at King Abdul Aziz Air Base in Saudi Arabia.
The exercise saw PAF’s JF-17 Block-III fighter jets, along with combat pilots and technical ground crews, actively engaged in advanced aerial combat drills alongside multiple international air forces.
As part of this high-profile deployment, PAF fighters executed a non-stop flight from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia and back, utilizing in-flight air-to-air refueling. This showcased the JF-17 Block-III’s long-range operational capabilities, reinforcing its effectiveness in modern combat scenarios.
The multinational exercise focused on enhancing interoperability among the participating air forces, which included Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Bahrain, France, Greece, Qatar, the UAE, the UK, and the USA. During the drills, Pakistan’s JF-17 Thunder Block-III engaged in complex training missions against some of the world’s most advanced fighter jets. Its impressive performance received widespread recognition for its operational potential and cutting-edge technology.
